The moment you place your order on the website or through direct payment links, you agree that you are fully aware of the Terms and Conditions of our company. Please ensure that you have fully read and understood our terms and conditions below:

By making use of our website and services you signify that you are accepting our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be updated or revised at any time at our discretion by the modification of this page. While we take every care to ensure that the information that we provide within our site is correct we do not guarantee the accuracy of any statement. We shall not be liable for any damage or loss due to any omissions or inaccuracies within this site or any other site that we link to.

The client shall take responsibility for:

  • The submission and final use of any documents and the quality and content of the document.
  • For implementing any corrections, changes or copyedits suggested by our company.
  • Ensuring that any editing company does for the client meets the requirements and guidelines of the academic institution to which the work is to be provided.
  • For all research and the originality of the materials supplied to our company.
  • Any grades allocated to documents edited by our staff. Please note that grades are provided based on judgements that are very much out of our control.
  • Maintaining copies and backups of materials supplied to our company.
  • Gaining a quote from our company before the actual submission of the work to our company.
  • The provision of a working email address that can be used for communication and the receipt of completed work.
  • Signing off work promptly once received from our company. If we have received no communication from you within 14 calendar days the work will be considered approved and no further responsibility for the document will be taken by our company.
  • Payment to be made in full to our company prior to the commencement of any work.
  • Sending the files, which correspond one of the following formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, doc, docx, pdf, rtf, odt, uot, txt, xls, xlsx, ods, ppt, pptx, odp, zip, 7z, xz, rar, tar, gz, tgz, tbz, txz. We are not liable for issues with delivery of files of the not supported file formats.

Our responsibilities:

  • To take all commercially reasonable steps available to ensure that editing provided is of a high standard and accurate.
  • To guarantee the delivery of all work within the agreed deadlines set at the onset of any project.
  • Liability of our service is limited to the amounts payable to us.
  • Do not provide any guarantees implied or otherwise regarding the acceptance of work for publication, nor for improvement of grades.
  • Keep all of the information provided by a client including the actually documents as strictly confidential and will not share anything to third parties without the client’s permission. All materials though will be shared with our consultants, who signed NDA with our Company.
  • Copies of documents will be retained by the company for backup purposes only. Should the client wish they can request that any copies are destroyed and this will be completed on receipt of said instruction.
  • Shoulders no responsibility for the failure to complete work on time due to any circumstances that are beyond our control such as power outages and corrupted files. Refunds are solely at the discretion of our company in these circumstances.
  • Shoulders no responsibility for any file corruption or other bugs that may cause changes to documents such as the alteration of formatting and layout. We will however help our clients to rectify these issues to the best of our ability.
  • Has no responsibility for any omissions or errors that have arisen due to the failure of the client to clearly communicate their needs and expectations.
  • Bear no responsibility for any losses, damages or expenses incurred by any client or user of this site no matter how they have been incurred.

Our customer satisfaction guarantee

  • In the majority of instances our clients are fully satisfied with the quality of the editing that we provide. However should you not be happy with the quality of the work provided within 30 days of delivery you may return it to us for corrections.
  • The discovery of any errors within the work is not an indication that the work has not been performed well as per our terms and conditions.
  • All revisions and corrections will be provided as long as they are within the scope of the original work quoted. We will not work on text that has been otherwise altered or added to the original documents. Additional writing or changed writing should be submitted as a new editing job through our system.
  • Corrections and revisions are normally performed only on the specific areas of concern that have been identified and these will be corrected until you are happy with the results. We do not re-edit the entire document due to the finding of a small number of errors.
  • Refunds shall only be supplied in those instances when we have failed to deliver work within the agreed deadline or when the work completed is not within the client’s initial requirements. All refund cases are discussed via email.
  • Full refund may be issued in cases, when: a) the order was placed by mistake (identical orders, duplicate payment, etc.) and our editors haven’t started working on it; b) we are not able to deliver the ordered service; c) the client doesn’t need the service anymore and the customer wasn’t provided with any drafts from our side.
  • We will consider a job completed and delivered on time if we have sent it to the email address that you have provided or saved it within the file sharing application you have requested that we use within the deadline that was agreed.

Indemnification

Our clients agree to indemnify our company, employees, editors and other contractors from:

  • Any misleading or inaccurate information, statements or representations in any documents returned by our company.
  • Any issues or inconsistencies in the content, quality, suitability, accuracy, sequence, completeness, or adequacy of documents supplied by the client.
  • Any damage provided to the website by the outsource vendors we use for marketing activities.
